Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team or log into your account portal within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your Roborock device in its original box, ensuring the robot, dock, and all brushes or filters are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for tracked transit back to our warehouse.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the unit's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
